Am I committed for 3 months?
No. During this "trial period", we want you to enjoy the box without any pressure. No auto renewal for your first three months. So it is totally up to you if you want to stop at 1, 2 or 3 months. Just remember though, it is up to you to order boxes 2 and 3 before the 15th of the following month. We will send you a reminder. And boxes 2 and 3 must be ordered consecutively. In other words, if you order your first box in April, your next two boxes must be ordered in May and June to take advantage of the discounts.
What will my discount be for boxes 2 and 3?
Your discount for the next box will be revealed in your current box as well as through an email. In other words, the discount amount and its code for your second box will be included inside your first box.
What if I break the cycle?
If you do not order boxes 2 and 3 consecutively, you will not receive the discounts. If you break the cycle but order again, it will be treated as a first box but you will pay full price as our introductory offer is only available once per customer.
I don't have or want to use my credit card for payment. Do you have another way I can pay for my boxes?
Yes! You can alternatively pay using INTERAC e-transfer. Just click on the option at checkout and follow the instructions.
Do I have to order the same box every time?
No not at all! You can select any box of your choice at the time of ordering. Try a different one each month during your trial period if you like!
What is your refund policy?
We do not accept refunds.
